I get on my lil frying kicks and might’t prevent! Don’t fear, this too shall skip!  As plenty as I try and keep away from kitchen gadgets, I really want to try an air fryer?

FRIED MOZZARELLA CHEESE STICK BITES

These days I want to proportion with you guys this freakin brilliant and loopy smooth recipe for fried mozzarella stick bites! the lads had those at a restaurant once and have been begging me to cause them to at domestic.

Gosh, these little guys are so delicious yall!!  The out of doors is so golden, crisp and well-seasoned and that gooey, luscious, warm cheese! Mercy! I suppose I decide on my mozzarella cheese sticks in bite sizes now.

FRIED MOZZARELLA CHEESE STICK BITES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb block mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-2 inch cubes
  • 1 cup all-purpose
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 (5 oz) bag seasoned-croutons, finely crushed
  • ½ cup Italian seasoned panko
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)
  • parsley (garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl upload flour. Set apart.
  2. In every other bowl mix collectively eggs and water until uniform in shade. Set aside.
  3. In the very last bowl blend together crushed croutons and panko. Set aside.
  4. Coat the cheese cubes with flour, shaking off extra.
  5. Next area the cheese into the egg aggregate, permitting the egg combination to soak into the flour.
