Those Fried Ravioli are flawlessly poppable and shareable as an appetizer or sport day consume, but filling sufficient to serve with a salad for dinner.

FRIED RAVIOLI WITH SPICY MARINARA

Those Fried Ravioli are deliciously crunchy little pillows of cheese goodness.  nearly like a lighter, bite-sized mozzarella stick.  flawlessly poppable and shareable as an appetizer or game day eat, but filling sufficient to serve with a salad for dinner.

The youngsters are constantly enthusiastic about any opportunity to eat with their fingers and love to dip their bites in sauce.  The Ragu spicy Italian style is one in all my favorites from their line of sauces and is the precise pairing for those Fried Ravioli.  It’s a precise win around our own family dinner desk.

FRIED RAVIOLI WITH SPICY MARINARA

Ingredients

  • 9 oz refrigerated cheese ravioli (about 40 small)
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups spicy marinara
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Let the ravioli and eggs come to room temperature.
  2. Pour approximately 1in oil in a massive frying pan; heat to 350 ranges.
  3. Use a fork to break the feta into small, uniform crumbles.
  4. Blend the feta, breadcrumbs, and Italian seasoning together in a shallow bowl.
  5. Whisk the 2 eggs together in a separate shallow bowl.
  6. Dredge each ravioli in the eggs after which inside the breadcrumb mixture.
  7. Set every covered ravioli on a wire rack.
  8. Repeat till all ravioli are lined.
  9. Fry the raviolis for approximately 3 minutes, flipping half way through.
  10. Take them out when they're nicely golden brown on each side, they may sing his own praises barely.
  11. Serve with warmed marinara.
