Put together the filling:  In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to combine the Nutella and cream cheese.  Beat till properly combined and easy.  Stir in the Cool Whip till mixed and you do not see white streaks anymore.  Scrape the filling into the frozen pie crust and clean the pinnacle.  Refrigerate four hours (or in a single day) before serving.  Slices of this pie are perfectly precise with out garnish, but you may garnish with whipped cream and chocolate chips, if you'd like.
