Are you prepared for fall baking? Cinnamon Apple Crumb Cake is the precise dessert for crisp weather arising, much like this Caramel Apple Cinnamon Roll Lasagna. 


But, in case you are not a massive fan of pumpkin treat, then you need to try this espresso cake loaded with apples and crunchy brown sugar-cinnamon streusel crumbs, drizzled with apple cider glaze.

And although it all appears so simple, there are some absolutely logical questions: “Have I used all the apples on Apple Cookies?”.   • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Apple cider glaze:
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 – 2 Tablespoons apple cider


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease eight inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper, set aside.
  2. To make cinnamon streusel crumb, first  in a bowl, whisk together dry component. Then upload melted butter and vanilla and stir until the combination is evenly wet, set apart, too.
  3. To make the cake in a massive bowl, cream collectively 4 tbsp butter with half of cup sugar until light and fluffy, then upload egg and beat properly. ultimately, upload vanilla and sour cream and beat once more.
  4. In any other bowl, stir together 1 cup flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder and upload to the butter aggregate, stir until simply blended.

  6. Bake 35-40 mins or until a tester inserted within the middle comes out clean.
  7. before cast off the hoop of springform pan run a thin knife around the cake.
  8. To make the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar with apple cider and drizzle over the cake.
